Lodging & Travel Information

The ABCA Convention is set to return to the nation's capital for the first time since 1975! All ABCA activities, including clinics, the ABCA Trade Show, Expo Theater, Youth Coaches Session, Hall of Fame Banquet, Hot Stoves, and Divisional Coaches Meetings, will be held at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center.

The discounted ABCA room block at the Gaylord National will fully open on Tuesday, September 3, 2024. All 2023-24 ABCA Members will have access to Priority Convention Registration beginning in August 2024. Priority Convention Registration gives ABCA Members exclusive access to signing up for the ABCA Convention and booking a hotel room in one of the ABCA discounted room blocks (while supply lasts), before it is open to everyone. ABCA Members should ensure the contact information in their ABCA account is up-to-date in order to receive the latest news and updates regarding the association, including Priority Convention Registration. Additional details will be shared in Summer 2024.

Lodging

The headquarter hotel for the 2025 ABCA Convention is the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center. All ABCA events will be held at this venue.

In addition to the Gaylord National, the 2025 ABCA Convention will also have several other Official Convention Hotel properties serving as overflow in close proximity to the Gaylord National.

All hotel booking information will be available here beginning Tuesday, September 3, 2024.

Please know that any contact directly by a housing company/bureau should be considered a scam. The discounted ABCA room block will open to everyone on September 3, 2024. All 2023-24 ABCA Members will have exclusive access to Priority Convention Registration beginning in August to register for the ABCA Convention and reserve a hotel room before it is open to everyone. Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport
(DCA)

This is the closest airport, located approximately 8 miles (~15-20 minute drive), from the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center.

Washington Dulles International Airport
(IAD)

This airport is located approximately 35 miles (~45-60 minute drive) from the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center.

Baltimore/Washington International Airport
(BWI)

This airport is located approximately 42 miles (~50-70 minute drive) from the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center.

Taxis & Ride Shares:

Taxis are readily available at the DCA, IAD, and BWI airports, providing convenient transportation to the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center.
