Airport Shuttle

Gaylord Opryland offers daily round-trip shuttle service from the Nashville International Airport to the Hotel. Upon your arrival to the airport, you can find the Gaylord Opryland Welcome Desk on the lower level (Level 1) of the airport between the two escalators. An agent can assist with your travel needs and ticket purchase, or you can use our kiosk, which is conveniently located at the welcome desk. If an agent is not available to provide assistance, you can find the Hotel's shuttle located immediately to the left as you exit the front door of the lower level of the airport.

Transportation Rates

Shuttle rates for ABCA Members are $20 round-trip! Regularly $38

Taxi one-way from the Airport to Gaylord Orpyland Resort:  approximately $25

Taxi round-trip: $50

Shuttle Departures

Departures from Nashville International Airport every 30 minutes.

Departures from Gaylord Opryland Resort

Travels from the Resort to Nashville International Airport & back with last departure

from the airport to the Resort at 11pm.

Regular Shuttle Service (Departs every 30 min daily)

• 5am - 11am 7pm - 11pm

Express Shuttle Service (Departs every 20 min daily)

• 11am - 7pm

Tickets may be purchased at the Concierge Front Desks in the Cascades lobby or

at the Gaylord Opryland Transportation Desk at the airport.

Guest 65 and older and children under 12 receive a discounted rate of $28 per person, round trip / $18 per person, one way.

Children under 4 - complimentary. Complimentary beverage, per your request, with every ticket sold.

Daily shuttle schedule

• Daily express shuttle service: 11 a.m.-7 p.m. (departs every 20 minutes)

Driving Directions

No matter where you're driving from, it's easy to get to Gaylord Opryland from area interstates, as well as the Nashville International Airport.

From Nashville International Airport

• Leave the airport complex and go west on Interstate 40
• Proceed to Exit 215 and take Briley Parkway - 155 North
• Go to and exit the parkway at Exit 12
• Turn left off the exit ramp onto McGavock Pike
• Turn left at the first intersection into the Gaylord Opryland Complex

Interstate 40 West from Knoxville

• Go west on Interstate 40
• Proceed to Exit 215 and take Briley Parkway - 155 North
• Go to and exit the parkway at Exit 12
• Turn left off the exit ramp onto McGavock Pike
• Turn left at the first intersection into the Gaylord Opryland complex

Interstate 40 East from Memphis

• Go east through Nashville on Interstate 40
• Proceed to Exit 215 and take Briley Parkway - 155 North.

Interstate 65 South from Louisville / Bowling Green

• Go south on Interstate 65

• Turn right off the exit ramp onto McGavock Pike
• Turn left at the first intersection into the Gaylord Opryland complex

Interstate 65 North from Birmingham

• Go north on Interstate 65
• Proceed to Exit 90B to Briley Parkway - 155
• Go south on Briley Parkway and exit at Exit 12
• Turn right off the exit ramp onto McGavock Pike

Interstate 24 West from Chattanooga

• Go west on Interstate 24
• Proceed to Exit 54 to Briley Parkway - 155
• Go north on Briley Parkway and exit at Exit 12

Interstate 24 East from St. Louis

• Go east on Interstate 24
