North Carolina Baseball Academy is posting a full time job opportunity with our organization as an Assistant Director. NCBA was founded in 1998 by former MLB Pitcher Scott Bankhead. In over 18+ years NCBA has developed into one of the finest indoor and outdoor baseball training facilities in the country by emphasizing professional level instruction, camps, sports performance training, and a competitive team program focused on player development for ages 10-17. Job responsibilities and requirements: Daily business operations, facility and field maintenance, full time instructor and camp director, assist/lead team development programs at all levels.
