We are currently looking for a Hitting or Pitching instructor that’s interested in being a part of a growing Baseball Performance Company. We currently have 1 location with a wait list of over 120 players trying to get in and we are opening our second location in June. The facility is membership based and selective on who we bring in this isn't babysitting or a lesson based facility. Our players come in and train 2-5 days a week and are very dedicated to playing at the next level. The last 3 years in a row 100% of our graduating class has moved on to play at the next level. During the summer we work with College players and in the offseason we have a large professional client base with MiLB and MLB players training with us. We run a Performance program that is a part of our membership with two Cressey Performance trainers running the show. This is a full-time position with a lot of hours required very similar to a collegiate job. The trainer will be working at both locations that are 30 min apart and needs to be flexible in bouncing back and forth. Instructor will be required to assist in program development and management of individual players. No cookie cutter instruction here we do evaluations before intake to determine whether we take a player as well as collect information to track so we can develop and understanding of how to train them and the direction we want to take moving forward.
Special Requirements:
An exercise science or kinesiology degree is preferred but not mandatory. An understanding of Biomechanics is preferred but not mandatory if you’re ready to learn. We are tech driven and use RVP, HitTrax, Flightscope, Diamond Kinetics, Blast motion, Rhapsodo, etc in our facility. An understanding of how to use this equipment is preferred but not mandatory if your open to learn. Instructors must have a high care level for this job and the players and be able to become a part of our culture as that is the foundation of the program. Our players choose to come in ALL the time after school, games and practices and generally spend 2-3 hours/day with us so this is essentially their home away from home. This is a positive environment and we want to keep it that way. Instructor must have exceptional communication skills and the ability to teach.
Application Instructions:
Please contact us at 951-354-2589 or email us at 108@108pa.com if you think this could be a good fit for you.
