ABCA and Pocket Radar® announce partnership extension, Coach Scholarship for 2022 The American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) announced today the extension of its partnership with speed-tracking technology company Pocket Radar Inc. As an ABCA Double Partner, Pocket Radar will once again offer the Pocket Radar Coach Scholarship this fall and be a featured presenter on the Expo Theater stage at the 79th annual ABCA Convention in Nashville, Tennessee.

“We are proud to continue our great partnership with Pocket Radar,” said ABCA Executive Director Craig Keilitz. “Their commitment to the advancement of the game of baseball is evident, and we’re excited to work together as both of our organizations continue to push forward and look for new ways to help coaches improve.”

The Pocket Radar Coach Scholarship, which started in 2021, will include free access to Pocket Radar's Smart Coach Radar and Smart Display technology for five ABCA member coaches. All ABCA members will be able to apply online later this fall, with one recipient to be selected each week from the pool of applicants. More information, including how to apply and the deadline to submit your application, will be announced later this fall.
