ABCA/Turface Athletics Field Maintenance Awards

Turface Athletics and the American Baseball Coaches Association teamed up to offer Field Maintenance Awards and Scholarships, which recognize the efforts of high school and college coaches who work hard to maintain their fields, beginning in 1995.

The Field Maintenance Award recipients will receive a plaque recognizing excellence in field maintenance; plus one ton of TURFACE MVP and $400 to be spent on maintenance equipment from Turface Athletics. The Field Maintenance Scholarship recipients will receive three tons of TURFACE MVP, as well as $250 each of the next two years for field maintenance equipment from Turface Athletics.

Turface Field Maintenance Awards & Scholarships

NOMINATIONS: To nominate your school's field, or to nominate a fellow high school or college facility, please visit the links below and complete the form. Please provide up to three photos along with details on the age of the facility, type of use it receives, community it serves and number of "groundskeepers" responsible for its upkeep. Winners must be a current ABCA member and will be chosen by a panel of independent judges consisting of grounds maintenance professionals selected by ABCA and Turface Athletics. Nominations are due by October 1.
