The 2020 ABCA Convention will be held at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee from Jan. 2-5, 2020. This will be the eighth time that the ABCA Convention will be held in Nashville. It was first held at the Gaylord Opryland in 1985 and most recently in 2016. All ABCA events including the clinics, ABCA Trade Show, Expo Theater, Youth Coaches Session, Hall of Fame Banquet and Divisional Coaches Meetings will take place at the Gaylord Opryland.

In addition to the Gaylord Opryland, the ABCA will have room blocks at several surrounding Official ABCA Convention hotels. Room blocks and special ABCA attendee lodging rates will open up for booking on September 1.

The headquarter hotel for the 2020 ABCA Convention is the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center. All ABCA events including the clinics, ABCA Trade Show, Expo Theater, Youth Coaches Session, Hall of Fame Banquet and Divisional Coaches Meetings will take place at the Gaylord Opryland.

Air Transportation

The Nashville International Airport (BNA) is located just eight miles from the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center. Check back beginning in September for discount codes from major airlines including American, Delta and Southwest for flights to the 2020 ABCA Convention.

Ground Transportation

Taxis are available from the Nashville International Airport to the Gaylord Opryland. Additionally, both Uber & Lyft operate within Nashville. Additionally, the Gaylord Opryland offers an airport shuttle service, which departs every half hour from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., for $35 roundtrip. Guests 18 and under can receive complimentary airport transfer and guests 65 and older can receive discounted fares. Shuttle tickets can be purchased online in advance or at the Gaylord Opryland Welcome Desk on the lower level of the airport upon your arrival.

For attendees wishing to rent a vehicle, please be sure to take advantage of the ABCA Member Discount Program, which includes the rental car companies listed below. Self-parking at the Gaylord Opryland is $29/daily and Valet Parking is $40/daily.

Once on-site, attendees can utilize taxis, Uber or Lyft to visit local Nashville restaurants, shopping and attractions. The Gaylord Opryland is about 10 miles away from the heart of Nashville's Downtown, including Broadway.
