Youth Coaches Session

Presented by GameChanger

The American Baseball Coaches Association will once again have a Youth Coaches Session, presented by GameChanger, at the ABCA Convention in 2019. The ABCA introduced the Youth Coaches Session, which ran concurrent to the ABCA clinics and focused on topics for coaches of youth-level teams up to age 14 years old, at the 2018 Convention in Indianapolis

Hundreds of coaches took part in the inaugural Youth Coaches Session, which featured nine clinics on topics including pitching, hitting, base running, defense, practice planning and program organization. The Youth Coach Session is open to all registered convention attendees. This year, the session will run two days and will be held in the Gaylord Texan on Friday, Jan. 4 and Saturday, Jan. 5 with seven clinics each day.

Registration for the 2019 ABCA Convention, which is the 75th annual, opened on Sept. 1. The full speaker lineup for the Youth Coaches Session will be released this fall.
