May 10, 2016

Inside Pitch MagazineThe American Baseball Coaches Association and Inside Pitch Magazine have agreed to an official partnership that provides all ABCA members with an electronic subscription to the magazine as part of their basic membership benefits. A complementary issue of Inside Pitch has been provided to all attendees at the ABCA Convention for the past three years.

Digital subscription information was emailed to all ABCA members on April 16, 2015. This information will be sent periodically to new members.

Inside Pitch is a quarterly amateur baseball magazine that promotes integrity, thought, development and instruction in a direct, unique and first-class manner. Since its inception in 2012, many of the game's premier players, coaches and administrators have been involved with the magazine, helping to cover a variety of topics relating to today's amateur baseball landscape.

"The quality of the magazine is excellent and the goals of Inside Pitch are consistent with those of the ABCA," said ABCA Executive Director Craig Keilitz. "Through this relationship, Inside Pitch will be distributed to our entire membership. Our coaches will have access to Inside Pitch and will be afforded opportunities to contribute to the magazine."

The magazine comes out quarterly in print and can also be downloaded and viewed with iOS, Google Play, Amazon and HTML5. ABCA members will receive access to download the magazine for free, which includes full issue content along with exclusive extras such as videos, slideshows, music, hyperlinks and other multimedia.

After unveiling its 2014 Summer issue at the Perfect Game World Wood Bat Championship in Jupiter, Fla., Inside Pitch launched a new-look website of its own (InsidePitchOnline.com), which is more content-focused and easier for visitors to navigate.

"I have tremendous respect for the members, board of directors and the executive committee of the ABCA," said Inside Pitch Publisher Keith Madison, who is an ABCA Hall of Famer himself. "Our relationship with this organization will broaden our reach and provide both the ABCA and Inside Pitch with a larger platform to promote quality instruction, cutting edge information and character in the game we all love. Saying that I'm excited about this initiative would be an understatement."

Along with the ABCA Convention, Inside Pitch has been distributed at the College World Series, the Perfect Game World Wood Bat Championship and to subscribers nationwide. Inside Pitch continually strives to be an elite source of information, entertainment and inspiration for baseball coaches, players, parents, fans, instructors and administrators.
