The American Baseball Coaches Association announced today its new partnership with V1 Sports, the leader in integrated video analysis and ground pressure measurement, revolutionizing the way coaches and athletes improve. V1 Sports, who joins the ABCA as a Single Partner, will present on the Expo Theater stage at the 2022 ABCA Convention in Chicago.
“We are excited to welcome V1 Sports as our newest partner,” said ABCA Executive Director Craig Keilitz. “Our coaches are more excited than ever to get back to an in-person Convention, and we look forward to what V1 Sports’ presence at the Trade Show and on the Expo Theater stage will bring to our member coaches.”
As part of their agreement, V1 Sports will host an ABCA webinar later this fall demonstrating the V1 Pressure Mat, the first portable and affordable ground interaction tool to measure the quantity and quality of forces that an athlete is applying within their movement mechanics. With the state-of-the-art sensors within the V1 Pressure Mat, coaches can accurately teach and assess dynamic balance and provide immediate feedback during a lesson or practice session.
Registration for ABCA webinars is free for all current members.
“At V1 Sports, our mission is to empower baseball and softball coaches with best-in-class video analysis software, ground pressure technology, and certifications to help their coaching improve, and importantly, to help the athletes they serve achieve their personal or team goals," said V1 Sports Chief Revenue Officer Chris McGinley. "This new partnership is an opportunity for V1 Sports to share our passion, products, and expertise to help ABCA members teach their players more effectively."
