The American Baseball Coaches Association is excited to host its 79th annual Convention from January 5-8, 2023 in Nashville! The 2023 ABCA Convention at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center will be the largest ABCA Convention in history!
The ABCA will once again offer Priority Convention Registration to all 2021-22 ABCA members. Priority Convention Registration allows 2021-22 ABCA members the opportunity to sign up for the Convention and book a hotel room in the discounted ABCA hotel blocks (while supply lasts) before registration opens to former and new members! Priority Convention Registration is based off members' years of continuous membership, which is an incentive for keeping your ABCA membership active every year!

- Thursday, August 25 by 5:00 p.m. ET: Last day to reserve a hotel room as part of Priority Convention Registration (if any remain available on this date)
- After this deadline, all hotel room reservations must be made directly with the hotel property beginning Thursday, September 1.

- Final day to cancel any hotel reservations in the ABCA block and receive a refund of the one-night deposit from the hotel. All hotel reservation cancelations must be handled directly with the hotel.
- Final day to convert in-person Convention registration to Live Video Streaming or request a full refund of Convention registration fee.
Why is Priority Convention Registration Important?
We expect the 2023 Convention to not only be the largest in our nearly 80-year history, but also have a sellout scenario, similar to the 2020 ABCA Convention. Registrations will be accepted first come, first served so it's important to register as soon as possible.
Who is Priority Convention Registration for? All
2021-22 ABCA Members
What's the benefit? ABCA members in the 2021-22 membership year will get an opportunity to sign up for the Convention in August before registration opens to everyone. They will also have the opportunity to reserve a hotel room in the discounted ABCA hotel room blocks until they sell out. Registration for both the Convention and hotel rooms will not open to new and former members until September 1. In the event of a sellout, registrations will be accepted first come, first served so it's important that you register for the convention as soon as you are eligible.

Q: When will new members or non-renewed members be able to register for the 2023 Convention and book a hotel room?

Q: If I am a 2021-22 member, will everyone on my staff be able to register early?
A: Only if they are also 2021-22 ABCA members. If you know of anyone that is not a current 2021-22 ABCA member, have them
register for membership now to become eligible for Priority Convention Registration!
Q: What if I change jobs after this season. Will I still get early access?
A: Yes, your membership is for you personally, not your employer. Be sure to keep your contact information updated in your ABCA membership profile so that you receive all the latest updates.
Q: Will I be able to reserve a hotel room without registering for the ABCA Convention?
A: Early access for hotel rooms at the discounted ABCA rate is only available while registering for the Convention at the same time.
Q: How many hotel rooms can I reserve during Priority Registration Period?
A: One per registered member. Each ABCA member who registers for the 2023 ABCA Convention may reserve one hotel room in the ABCA room block, while supply lasts, during the early registration process. If you have multiple staff members who need a room, you will want to get them signed up for the Convention at the same time.
