Playing Rules Committee - High School

ABCA Liaison: Ryan Brownlee

Duties: Interpret the rules used in high school to help insure uniformity and consistency in that interpretation and the administration of baseball rules. This committee will receive recommendations for rule changes and revisions from coaches, umpires and conferences. This committee will recommend rule changes to the National Federation of State High School Associations.
