Prime Performance is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Performance Coach to join our athlete development team. This is a full-time salaried position with benefits for a coach committed to developing athletes through a structured, measurable, and results-driven system. Our athletes range from youth players to high school, college, and professional baseball athletes. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement individualized athlete development plans for hitters and/or pitchers • Conduct assessments utilizing video analysis and performance technology • Develop training progressions focused on skill development, movement quality, decision-making, and game performance • Utilize technology such as TrackMan, force plates, high-speed video, motion capture, and other performance analytics tools • Track, analyze, and communicate athlete progress • Collaborate with strength & performance staff to align physical and skill development • Deliver high-quality individual and group training sessions • Maintain a professional, energetic, athlete-centered environment • Support remote programming. • Contribute to staff education and content initiatives Compensation & Benefits • Full-time salaried position • Competitive compensation based on experience • Performance-based growth opportunities • Benefits package • Continuing education opportunities • Career advancement within a rapidly growing company. Special Requirements:
• 3+ years of baseball coaching experience • Collegiate or professional playing experience • Strong understanding of Pitching and/or Hitting development • Excellent communication skills with athletes, parents, and staff • Ability to operate in a technology-driven, data-informed environment • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Professional presence and leadership ability
