The American Baseball Coaches Association is excited to host the 2025 ABCA Convention from January 2-5, 2025 at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in Washington, D.C. The 2025 ABCA Convention will be the 81st annual ABCA Convention and marks the return of the World's Largest Baseball Convention to the nation's capital for the first time since 1975!
The ABCA is once again extending Priority Convention Registration privileges to all 2023-24 ABCA Members. This exclusive benefit enables 2023-24 ABCA members to secure their spot at the Convention and reserve a hotel accommodation within one of the discounted hotel blocks provided by ABCA (while supply lasts), by registering early. All 2023-24 ABCA members are encouraged to take advantage of this benefit, which precedes the opening of registration to new and former members. Priority Convention Registration is based off members' years of continuous membership, which is an incentive for keeping an active membership each year!

Q: Why is Priority Convention Registration Important?
A: The ABCA has grown to nearly 16,000 members from all 50 states and 41 different countries. In order to ensure a positive experience for all attendees, and meet fire marshal standards, a registration limit will likely be in place for the 2025 ABCA Convention. Registrations will be accepted first come, first served so it's important to register as soon as possible!
Q: What's the benefit of Priority Convention Registration?
A: ABCA members in the 2023-24 membership year will get an opportunity to sign up for the ABCA Convention in August before registration opens to everyone. These members will also have the opportunity to reserve a hotel room in one of the discounted ABCA hotel room blocks until they sell out. Registration for both the Convention and hotel rooms will not open to new and former members until Tuesday, September 3. In the event of a sellout, registrations will be accepted first come, first served so it's important that you register for the event as soon as you are eligible.
Q: Why are 2023-24 ABCA members getting priority access for 2025 ABCA Convention registration?
A: This is a benefit that rewards coaches for keeping their ABCA membership active each year!
Q: When will new members or non-renewed members be able to register for the 2025 Convention and book a hotel room?
A: Registration will be open to everyone beginning on Tuesday, September 3, 2024. New members must book hotel rooms directly through the hotel at that time. All hotel information, including reservation links, will be available on September 3 at www.ABCA.org/hotel.
Q: If I am a 2023-24 member, will everyone on my staff be able to register early?
A: Only if they are also 2023-24 ABCA members. If you know of anyone that is not a current 2023-24 ABCA Member, have them register for membership now to take advantage of all of the membership benefits, including Priority Convention Registration eligibility!
Q: What if I change jobs after this season. Will I still get early access?
A: Yes, your membership is for you personally, not your employer. Be sure to keep your contact information updated in your ABCA account so that you receive all the latest updates.
Q: Will I be able to reserve a hotel room without registering for the ABCA Convention?
A: Early access to book a hotel room at the discounted ABCA rate is only available while registering for the ABCA Convention at the same time.
Q: How many hotel rooms can I reserve during Priority Registration Period?
A: One per registered member. Each ABCA Member who registers for the 2025 ABCA Convention may reserve one hotel room in the ABCA room block, while supply lasts, during the Priority Registration process. If you have multiple staff members who require a hotel room, you will want to get them signed up for the ABCA Convention during Priority Registration process as well.
Q: How do I register?
A: Priority Convention Registration will be open online at ABCAconvention.org at 10 a.m. Eastern on the date you are eligible! Be sure to have your ABCA username and password handy at that time.
