ABCA Youth Coaches Breakout Session (One Day Only - Jan. 6)
Program Information
The American Baseball Coaches Association is debuting a new Youth Coaches Breakout Session presented by TeamSnap at the 74th annual ABCA Convention in Indianapolis on Jan. 6, 2018. This one-day session will run concurrent to the ABCA clinics and will focus on topics for coaches of youth-level teams up to age 14 years old.

This registration is for Saturday, Jan. 6, 2018 only and allows coaches to attend the Youth Coaches Breakout Session and the ABCA Trade Show. Coaches who wish to attend other days or events may register for the full ABCA Convention.

The Youth Coaches Breakout Session is scheduled for Saturday, Jan. 6 during the upcoming ABCA Convention and will be open to all coaches in attendance in Indianapolis. The tentative schedule is for the Youth Breakout Session to begin at 9 a.m. and include nine clinics specifically for coaches of youth baseball teams. Topics for the Youth Coaches Breakout Session include pitching, hitting, base running, defense, practice planning and program organization.

The breakout session will be located directly across the hall from the clinics and the ABCA Trade Show in the Indiana Convention Center.

Youth coaches are welcome and encouraged to register for the full ABCA Convention to attend other events during the four days of the 74th annual convention, including the general session clinics, the ABCA Trade Show, Expo Theater, meetings, and awards celebrations.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
  • Registration for Saturday, Jan. 6: This registration is for Saturday, Jan. 6, 2018 only. Coaches registered for this may attend the Youth Coaches Breakout Session and ABCA Trade Show only on that day.
  • Thursday, Friday, Sunday Events: Youth baseball coaches are welcome to attend the entire ABCA Convention. Coaches who wish to attend any ABCA Convention events on Thursday, Friday or Sunday, or who wish to attend the General Session Clinics, may register for the full 2018 ABCA Convention.
  • General Session Clinics: Youth baseball coaches are welcome to attend the General Session Clinics as well. Those coaches may register for the full ABCA Convention. Coaches who are registered for the Youth Coaches Breakout Session only will not be permitted into the General Session.
  • Credential Pickup - Saturday Morning: Coaches who are registered for the Youth Coaches Breakout Session may pick up their credentials at registration between 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 6.
  • Full Convention Registration: Coaches who are registered for the full ABCA Convention may attend the Youth Breakout Session as well as the General Session Clinics, ABCA Trade Show and other meetings and events! If you are registered for the full convention, you do not need to register for this session separately.
